The Wall Charger was installed and the technician is supposed to connect the charger to wifi and update the location as per Tesla Tech support. I had complained to your team that the charger was malfunctioning after relocation and the power was at 8amp instead of 16amp
So far nobody from Charged AE has responded nor rectified the problem
Such a pathetic service and I would refrain from recommending your services to my other Tesla community
