Technician didn’t help in any way, only did troubleshooting while I informed him I already did the troubleshooting by myself with the help of Tesla team and informed him don’t trouble shoot , he came troubleshooted it anyway and charged me, he couldn’t figure out what’s the issue and wanted to add another charge to contact Tesla. I’m ready to pay for what’s to be fixed, but I’m paying for absolutely nothing
